Foodservice in Tomorrow’s City Centres

Covid has reformatted the centres of cities. An unwelcome combination of working from home and fewer visitors – tourists and businesspeople - has caused a massive reduction in demand for eating out. Far from being the thriving and bustling places that cities have become, they have turned into unfrequented and lonely places.

But where do city centre restaurants go from here? Do they just die? Do they evolve into something new? Where are the opportunities? Read the White Paper that I have co-created with Francois Blouin, founder of Food Service Vision, that addresses these issues.
