In this rapidly evolving world, staying ahead of the game through innovation is a route to success. Innovation in the world of foodservice and hospitality isn’t at all necessarily about expensive solutions – it can involve menu choices, packaging solutions, sustainability initiatives, promotional activity.
I sit on the Innovation Working Group (IWG) of the government’s Hospitality Sector Council. The IWG has produced a preliminary paper to encourage operators and their suppliers to think about how best to start on the road to successful, cost-effective innovation.
