As well as my proprietary foodservice data, I also partnered with Huq Industries on The Huq Index which measures daily consumer footfall in UK restaurants and pubs.

I provide custom reports for clients, as well as Weekly and Quarterly Briefing Reports of latest news from across the sector, and Ones to Watch which highlights new growth opportunities for investors and suppliers, by identifying early stage, fast growing foodservice operator brands and concepts based on strict criteria that establish credentials for growth. I also collaborate with, and contribute to, reports from industry organisations such as Institute of Grocery Distribution (with whom I produced Eating In vs Dining Out), Federation of Wholesale Distributors and Foodservice Equipment Association.
