Is delivery technology killing the personal touch? That personal touch that is synonymous with hospitality. Are delivery companies missing the point? Moving food from A to B, with no human interaction isn’t what consumers want. Is it? I also take the view that we should no longer use 2019 as the base when comparing numbers.
