Delivery has not been growing in 2024

In this week’s WBR,  I share the latest numbers from both Just Eat and Deliveroo.  In a nutshell, delivery has not been growing much, if at all.  Yet, it’s a major feature of restaurants’ full service and quick service business.  In fact, it can account for 15% to 80% of their total business, depending on the operation.  So, how can this be and what does it mean?  I share my initial thoughts ahead of this week’s Restaurant and Takeaway Innovation Expo.
