Whilst the Eat Out to Help Out scheme was simple and straightforward to execute, the same cannot be said of Test & Trace and the Rule of Six. I believe these are necessary measures, but they create yet more challenges and complications for the industry as it tries to get back on its feet. Plus, there is the added focus on obesity rules.
The adaptability and resilience we have already seen from people working in the industry will be magnified further.
