What's the future for the hospitality workforce?

In this week’s issue, I look at the reshuffled employment patterns in the UK, caused by Covid. Its initial impact was of course severe, but numbers suggest longer-lasting implications.  Whilst some are positive, such as the flexible working patterns and improved operational efficiency, the decline in self-employment, young workers and ethnic minority groups, suggests significant negative impact.
