According to the ONS “happiness” survey, our happiness is more than 10% lower than it was in August 2020 and this really reflects what I’m hearing from contacts – people are ‘bored’ and ‘fed up’. Of course, they are the lucky ones as there are many who have far worse issues to deal with. But, there is definitely a feeling of ‘flatness’ out there – ‘normal’ seems a long time ago; have we lost our rhythm?
