There’s no denying that many parts of our industry are suffering. And, they’re suffering badly. It’s heart-breaking for us all to watch - and in many cases experience - the daily losses of operators and jobs.
Yet, we must remember that eating out is not ‘dead’. There are expansions, new sites and new concepts emerging… hints of opportunity.
