Haven’t we heard it before? Despite the zoom calls, furlough schemes and all the good intention to keep workers employed, once again our industry is facing staff shortages. As businesses open, albeit for alfresco eating and drinking currently, how will the industry return to its former glory without the very essence of what makes it so special; its people?
